Students from the Tourism and Sustainable Business degree program organized and participated in a study visit to the International Tourism Fair – Vakantiebeurs, which took place in Utrecht, Netherlands, between January 8th and 11th, 2026.
On the 22nd of November, students from the Degree in Tourism and Sustainable Business, within the scope of the Fundamentals of Tourism curricular unit, were present at the IX - International Tourism Days, which took place on the 21st and 22nd of November, in the city of Águeda.
The Degree in Tourism and Sustainable Business was named on the Educations.com website as an international reference degree. Among the 28 degrees recommended in this article, ISPGAYA stands out for providing essentially practical and experimental training, based on the theoretical knowledge necessary for professional practice.
On September 27th, World Tourism Day, APROTURM/ISPGAYA, represented by Professor Dr. Óscar Silva, in partnership with the Municipal Council of Celorico da Beira and the economic weekly magazine Vida Económica, participated in the Round Table event "Thinking Tourism in Celorico da Beira."
On July 20th, the Department of Pedagogical Management and Innovation of Turismo de Portugal awarded a Certificate of Recognition to courses that attest to the Technical and Pedagogical capacity of the Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Sustainable Business and the CTeSP in Tourism Management at ISPGAYA.
The students from the CTeSP in Tourism Management and the Bachelor's in Sustainable Tourism and Business at ISPGAYA visited the National Museum Soares dos Reis in Porto on June 2nd and 3rd, respectively, as part of a study trip.
