Moral and Ethical Principles
In compliance with Law No. 93/2021 and the moral and ethical principles present in its internal regulations, ISPGAYA provides a reporting channel. This channel is governed by the principles of impartiality, independence, secrecy and confidentiality, from the reception and processing of complaints, to their resolution.
