6 Computer Engineering students participated in an international E-Coal project at IUT Lens, France.
The opening week of ISPGAYA, was intended for students of the School of Science and Technology and School of Business Science. In this session, the students had the honour of attending the theme "Entrepreneurship in the Digital Era" presented by Nuno Breda (Co-Ceo at IFTHEN SOFTWARE & IFTHENPAY).
In the scope of the Robotics Curricular Unit, the Mechanical Engineering and Electronic and Automation Engineering students attended a lecture in the Europneumaq facilities.
On December 13, at 7pm, a lecture was held in the scope of the "Mar&Ar Project: Capabilities to Undertake" (Industry in Academia), entitled "Autonomy and Perception for Operation and Maintenance". The event had as speaker Daniel Campos, researcher at INESC TEC's Centre for Robotics and Autonomous Systems.
On the 12th of December, we had the honour of receiving the company QAValue, which was represented to the 3rd year of the Electronic and Automation Engineering and Computer Engineering courses of ISPGAYA.
The kick-off meeting of the "Games for Goals" project took place on 24-25 November in Lille, France. The project, led by the French non-governmental organisation (NGO) "Le Partenariat", counts with the participation of 6 other organisations (NGOs and European Higher Education Institutions), among which ISPGAYA.
On the 22nd of November, took place at ISPGAYA, in the scope of the curricular units of Computer Engineering Pre-project and Seminars and Electronic and Automation Engineering Pre-project, a presentation session of the company WireMaze by the CSO, César Silva and the Digital Marketing Specialist, Nina Silva.
On the 21st of this month a visit of the company were2retail to ISPGAYA took place. The event took place following seminars organised within the scope of the pre-project curricular unit (3rd year of the degrees in electronic and automation engineering and computer engineering).
