ISPGAYA is governed by a management and development model based on openness and transparency with the aim of promoting alignment among the entire community.
The chairperson
The chairperson of ISPGAYA is responsible for the government and external representation of the institution, responsible for defining the strategy, guiding and supervising the institution’s activity, promoting the pursuit of its mission as a higher education institution.

Board of Directors
The ISPGAYA Board of Directors has the specific mission of being co-responsible for the general functioning and for the promotion of school activity in general. The board of directors is composed of the chairperson of ISPGAYA, the deputy chairperson, the school directors and the manager.

The Technical-Scientific Council
The Technical-Scientific Council is a collegiate body responsible for defining the institution’s policies and guidelines, of a scientific and pedagogical nature, in the fields of training, research, cultural extension and the provision of services to the community, ensuring the maintenance of the principles of scientific autonomy

Advisory board
The Advisory Board is a consultation body for the definition of the institute’s strategic action guidelines in the areas of education, in articulation with the business fabric and in external evaluation.

Pedagogical Council
The Pedagogical Council is a collegial body where all students and teachers are represented and actively participating in all matters of a pedagogical nature of ISPGAYA.
