Primus Inter Pares Award

Applications are now open for the 22nd edition of the Primus Inter Pares Award, an initiative by Santander and Expresso that recognizes merit and academic excellence while supporting recent graduates in continuing their academic journey. This edition is open to Portuguese nationals up to the age of 25 who are in the final year of their bachelor's degree or have already graduated, and who intend to enroll in the first year of a master's program in Portugal for the 2027/2028 academic year. The award will grant 5 master's scholarships: 1 scholarship of €15,000 for the Grand Winner; 4 scholarships of €10,000 for the other winners. Applications are open until October 31, 2026.
