Future-ready Accountants: Innovation, Sustainability and Regional Impact
Professor Marisa Lumini, from the Accounting Degree program, represented ISPGAYA at the conference “Future-ready Accountants: Innovation, Sustainability and Regional Impact”, organized by the Order of Certified Accountants (OCC), which took place on November 24th at the António Domingues de Azevedo Auditorium in Lisbon.
XX International Congress of Accounting and Auditing (CICA)
On October 30th and 31st, faculty and students from the 3rd year of the Accounting and Management degree programs at ISPGAYA participated in the XX International Congress of Accounting and Auditing (CICA).
3rd Year of the Degree in Accounting
Last Saturday, we attended the final presentations of the Internship/Final Course Project of our 3rd year Accounting Degree students. It was the perfect demonstration of the culmination of a year of practical application in accounting, tax and business simulation.
Order of Certified Accountants
The Director of the Order of Certified Accountants, Pedro Nuno Ferreira, gave a presentation at ISPGAYA on new ways of accessing the profession of certified accountant.
State Budget Law 2025
On January 7th, PwC Portugal, represented by Dr. Ana Praça, Dr. Ana Reis and Dr. Paulo Nogueira, gave a presentation at ISPGAYA on the State Budget Law for 2025.
Institutional Cooperation Agreement
ISPGAYA established an institutional cooperation agreement with UNILASALLE (Porto Alegre – Brazil). This agreement allows mobility of students and teachers, but also allows Management Degree students to obtain a double degree in Brazil.
New CTeSP in Accounting and Financial Advisory
Applications are now open for the new CTeSP in Accounting and Financial Consulting. This CTeSP aims to train technicians responsible for preparing and executing accounting and tax records, monitoring and controlling current, administrative and financial management processes. These professionals will be prepared to face the challenges of the job market and achieve success in their careers.
