On March 11th, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, a workshop will be held focused on understanding anxiety, identifying its signs and adopting strategies for more effective stress management and well-being.
This session aims to provide practical tools to face everyday challenges and promote greater emotional balance.
Participation is free, but registration is required via QR Code. The workshop will only take place if the minimum number of registrations is reached.
