"Tourism students attend the VIII International Tourism Conference

On November 25th, students from the CTeSP Tourism Management and the Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Sustainable Business, within the curricular units of Event Management and Animation in Tourism; Tourism and Sustainable Development; Accessible and Inclusive Tourism; and Strategic Management, participated in the VIII International Tourism Conference, held on November 24th and 25th in the city of Águeda.

The presented themes and excellent speakers led the participants to immerse themselves in the timeless tourist imaginary of São Tomé and Príncipe, Cuba, or Cape Verde, to learn about projects, strategies, and tourism plans, to organize unique events, to understand how to communicate the territory, and to find support lines for project development and financing. The conference also aimed to establish good Portuguese practices and share unique and unforgettable experiences.

ISPGAYA was represented by Professor Dr. José Oliveira, Specialist Professor Luísa Rodrigues, Professor Dr. Óscar Silva, and proactive students who demonstrated keen interest in these VIII International Tourism Conference."
