The ISPGAYA24 International Congress

The ISPGAYA24 International Congress was attended by Dr. Dário Silva, Councillor for Higher Education, Cience and Innovation at Município de Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal and it was closed by Paulo Rangel, Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, adding the tone of internationalization, which was the emblem of this meeting together with “sustainability”.

Present as guest speakers were Professor Rodrigo Lobo (University of Billings, Montana, USA), accompanied by Professor Leonel Neto (UNDP, Brazil) and Professor Karolien Van-Riel (AP Antwerp, Belgium), were also present António Castro (INOVAGAIA, Portugal), Luís Moreira (INSIGHT Research Center, Portugal) and Raquel Marques Mendes (EDP European Affairs, based in Brussels).

The set of guest speakers formed a panel of excellence, where the “triple helix” of innovation was materialized in contributions from the academy, industry and government (central and local).
