Students from ISPGAYA attend seminar on CRM and Business Analytics

On November 24th, students from the 1st and 2nd year of the CTeSP in Digital Marketing and 2nd year students of the CTeSP in SME Management had the opportunity to attend a seminar on CRM and Business Analytics, in a session organized by F5tci – Communication and Information Technologies.

Through this seminar, students had the opportunity to get to know the platform, understand how companies can take advantage of an optimized CRM with a 360-degree view of the business, the use of automation technologies to make data faster and more dynamic, among other functionalities.
