Seminar "Artificial Intelligence in Education"

On October 16th, the seminar "Artificial Intelligence in Education" by Professor Rui Nunes took place at ISPGAYA. The session was led by Rui Nunes, Professor and Professor of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto. He holds a PhD in Bioethics from Portugal, is Director of the Bioethics Center at FMUP, and is responsible for the Doctoral Programs in Bioethics and Palliative Care. The discussion included the application of AI models in teaching and academic assessment, the ethical and regulatory issues arising from the adoption of automated tools, the potential for personalizing learning trajectories through algorithms, and future AI-based pedagogical methodologies.
