Open Class with Dr. Fernando Rocha

On June 3rd, an open lecture was held at ISPGAYA on the topic: "An audience is not a crowd: Segmentation, personas, and more focused campaigns." The lecture was delivered by Dr. Fernando Rocha, a professor at UBI, a specialist faculty member for the Unisport Management School MBA program (Spain), a researcher at LABCOM, and a member of LACED.
