ISPGAYA welcomes candidates from the Porto District

In response to an invitation extended to ISPGAYA, the President of the Institution, Professor Dr. Lino Tavares Dias, received a group of deputies and candidates from the Socialist Party for the Porto District this morning, represented by Dr. Maria João Castro, deputy and Professor of Higher Education (IPP).

Based on non-state Public Higher Education, the visit addressed topics such as the growth of the rate of graduates in Portugal, above the European Union average, the importance of Polytechnic Education as a driver of leveraging professional experience within the classroom, the close relationship with the local and district business fabric, the economic and financial sustainability of institutions, and the scientific and research work that ISPGAYA promotes.
