Gaia National Youth Capital

The President of ISPGAYA, Professor Jorge Simões, was present at the awarding of the distinction to Gaia as “National Youth Capital”, which took place on January 20th, at the Municipal Auditorium of Gaia. The event was attended by Dr. Margarida Balseiro Lopes, Minister of Youth and Modernization, Youth Councilor Dr. Elísio Pinto and the President of IPDJ, Dr. Ricardo Gonçalves.
