Presentation
The CTeSP in Quality, Environmental and Safety Management meets organizations’ expectations by ensuring high standards of Quality, Social Responsibility, Health and Safety, and Environmental Protection, fundamental pillars for sustainability and for complying with legal requirements and the commitments undertaken by stakeholders towards the community. In this context, the CTeSP prepares professionals to implement and manage systems in accordance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001, as well as to apply quality tools and conduct internal audits. In parallel, students develop broad competences that qualify them to perform roles such as Senior Technician on Work Security.

Graduate Activities
- Identify all issues related to staff training and training in all aspects (quality, environment and safety), such as training needs and assessment of training effectiveness
- Identify skill profiles and develop job descriptions for the entire organization
- Implement an integrated management system for quality (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001) and safety (ISO 45001)
- Know and implement the applicable legal requirements in terms of quality, environment and safety, controlling the documentation of the integrated system
- Manage the continuous improvement plan by participating in the implementation of the improvement actions necessary to respond to detected and recorded non-conformities
- Perform internal audits and manage the overall audit program
- Plan, evaluate and control the condition of measuring and monitoring equipment
- Prepare the dissemination of the communication required in the reference standards
- Provide the organization's top management with the information necessary for decision-making and the underlying definitions (policies, objectives and indicators, plans and regulations)
- Support the monitoring of customer satisfaction and the evaluation of suppliers
