Special Access Contests

Who Can Apply

Special Conexams are held for applicants with the following specific qualifications:

• Applicants approved in the exams specially designed to assess the ability to attend higher education courses for people over 23 years old, created by Decree-Law no. 64/2006, of 21 March, hereinafter referred to as M23 exams;

• Holders of a technological specialisation diploma (DET);

• Holders of a higher vocational technician diploma (CTESP);

• Holders of other higher courses.

Ranking Criteria

Criteria defined in accordance with the preceding paragraphs (different application profiles):

• Holders of a technological specialisation diploma (DET);
  DET grade (50%) + entrance exam grade (50%);

• Holders of a higher vocational technician diploma;
  CTeSP grade (100%). If there is a need to take an entrance exam, the grade results from the simple arithmetic mean of the grade of the two components;

• Holders of other higher courses. Diploma Grading (100%).

• Applicants approved in the M23 exams (own notice)

Tie-breaking criteria

1. Seniority in obtaining the course;

2. Age.

Assessment Exams

For holders of a technological specialisation diploma and holders of professional higher technical courses that do not fall within the areas of training of the degrees.
