The ISPGAYA24 International Congress was attended by Dr. Dário Silva, Councillor for Higher Education, Cience and Innovation at Município de Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal and it was closed by Paulo Rangel, Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, adding the tone of internationalization, which was the emblem of this meeting together with “sustainability”.
